• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be displayed before payment validation.

5. Delivery Issues
5.1 Delays and Lost Packages
If your order is not delivered within the estimated time frame, we recommend that you:

• Refuse the package if the damage is visible before opening.
• Send us an email with the photos to contact@iskajewelry.com within 48 hours of receipt.
We will process your claim as quickly as possible.
5.3 Incorrect or Unclaimed Address
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim within the carrier’s timeframe:
• We can reship it subject to additional shipping fees.
• If you request a refund, only the product cost will be refunded (original shipping fees remain at your expense).
